Quit beating yourself up, willya?

If you're guilty of setting crazy goals (Get an agent by Tuesday!), read Andrew Jack's blog post entitled "Writers and Unrealistic Goals."

Here's a line worth repeating from his post:

We set ourselves a goal that’s out of our control, then, when we don’t hit that goal, we punish ourselves.
